This User Agreement applies to your use of this website and the services we provide. We reserve the right, at any time and without further notice, to modify, expand or remove any part of the terms and conditions for this website. If you continue to use the website after these changes, this means that you accept the new terms of the website.
When checking out your product, you will be asked to tick a box to indicate that you agree to our terms and conditions.
In case of possible disputes, the legislation is in force where the headquarters are located, in this case the Courts of Commerce in Ghent (Belgium) are authorized.
1.2. We will do our utmost to provide you with the best possible pictures and descriptions. However, we can not guarantee that the colors and details of the images on the website are completely as in real life. The product is made of natural wood and can also contain certain drawings, knots, irregularities, abnormalities or discoloration that are inherent in natural wood.
1.3. Because the product is made of natural wood, the boards can deform or bend when used in bad atmospheric places (humidity, temperature fluctuations, etc.). It is therefore recommended that the product is being used only in a dry place and where the temperature is constant. The wall system can be used in rooms with a temperature of 5°C to 27°C. FOARM can not be held responsible for failure to comply with these instructions.
1.4. Different wall materials require different types of fasteners. Use bracket suitable for the wall material. Wall brackets (screws and plugs) for attaching to a concrete or brick wall are included. For attaching the product to another type of wall (plaster, wood, etc.), wall brackets must be purchased separately. If you do not know exactly what kind of screws or fasteners you need to use, contact your local retailer. Only for use inside. FOARM is not responsible for possible accidents or damage in the event of improper assembly of the product or assembly with improper wall mounting.
1.5. The FOARM wall module (120 cm 60 cm wall-mounted board with holes) is suitable for carrying a weight of up to 18 kg/wall module (depending on the type of wall and wall bracket). The shelves can carry up to 7 kg/shelve. FOARM can not be held responsible for incorrect use or bad assembly.
1.6. The FOARM wall system is delivered to your door (ground level) in a flat package and must be assembled by yourself.
2.1. The product descriptions in the online shop of the seller do not constitute a binding offer by the seller, but should enable the customer to make a binding offer.
2.2. The customer can make an offer through the online order form integrated with the seller's online shop. The customer makes a legally binding offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by entering his personal information and clicking the order closing button.
2.3. The seller can accept the customer's offer within three days:
- By providing the customer with a written order confirmation or order confirmation in text form (e-mail).
- By providing the customer with the ordered goods.
2.4. The term to accept the offer begins on the day after the offer has been sent by the customer and ends at the end of the third day after sending the offer. If the last day of this term falls on a saturday, sunday or a nationally recognized public holiday home, the following working day shall be the last day.
2.5. If an order is delayed for any reason (problems during the manufacturing process, quality control issues, etc.), we will do our best to inform you as soon as possible.
3. PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS
3.1. Orders are placed and received online only and are processed by FOARM.
3.2. All information requested on the checkout page must be filled in accurately. If a product can not be delivered because you entered an incorrect delivery address or phone number, we are not responsible for it. All additional costs caused by delivery or missed delivery issues will be added to your invoice.
3.4. You can not cancel your order. However, if you want to change your shipping address, phone number or other special requirements, please contact us as soon as possible. Any change in the order agreement must be approved by FOARM so that we can inform you if the changes are possible yes or no and what any additional costs may be added.
3.5 Foarm attaches great importance to quality. That's why we make our furniture in the best possible quality to meet daily use. Foam products are not guaranteed and there is no free repair service available.
Delivery costs are based on the size and weight of what you buy, and your delivery location.
We are the licensee of all intellectual property rights on our site and all content. All of this content is covered by copyright, all rights reserved. We give your permission to visit our website for personal purposes. Other use of our site or content is not permitted. This prohibition implies:
- Use our content for commercial purposes
- Reproduction of the FOARM name, logo, trademarks or content available on our website
- Download or copy content on our website for yourself or third parties.
5.1. At the time the order is made, the full amount of the order will be charged to your debit card or credit card.
5.2. The sale will be sent for processing as soon as you click the "Confirm" button. You will then receive an email within the three days confirming the purchase of the product.
5.3. A credit card and other required information are required to pay. Orders can only be paid through the payment options mentioned on the payment page.
5.4. We may at its sole discretion refuse to process a transaction or perform a service. We may not be held liable by you or third parties if we refuse to process or resume a transaction, or suspend them after the transaction has begun.
6.1. All prices quoted on our website are in Euro (€) and must be paid in Euro (€) and contain the statutory mandatory 'Value Added Tax' and any other taxes. Delivery costs and special or extra costs are not included. These additional charges will be added to the billing before you make payment and will appear on the order confirmation page. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
6.2. When shipping to some countries of the European Union (eg Switzerland and Norway), customs fees can be added to the invoice. Also in case of delivery to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may occur which are not covered by the seller's responsibility and which the customer has to bear. Examples of this are costs for money transactions by financial service providers (such as bank transfer, currency conversion) or import duties and taxes (such as customs fees).
7.1. We currently deliver our products in Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg, France, Ver. Kingdom, Denmark, Italy, Sweden, Hungary, Poland, the Czech Republic, Spain, Finland, Ireland, Portugal and Greece. At a later time, countries can be added here. If you are in a country that is not listed here, please contact us (email@example.com) to ask us about any delivery options for your location.
7.2. Due to our just-in-time production model, you should expect an average delivery time of 2 to 5 weeks. Delivery time is also influenced by the number of orders and availability at suppliers. This is no more than an average estimate: some deliveries may take longer or shorter. The delivery times stated on the product page at the time of order and confirmation are estimates, can be changed at any time and are purely indicative. We always do our best to contact you and provide you with any changes if delivery lasts longer than average.
7.3. If the transport company returns the shipped goods to the seller because delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer will bear the cost for the failed shipment.
8. REMOVAL POLICY
8.1 If you find that content on our site:
- Violates your rights or rights of a third party to which you are affiliated
- Or otherwise does not comply with the publication rules
8.2 We will then take action in a way that we consider necessary, depending on the nature of the violation. This may also mean that we do not take action if we believe that the publication rules are not infringed. We are not required to inform you about the follow-up of our actions regarding your report.

10. RETURN POLICY
10.1. We sincerely hope that you will be satisfied with your FOARM product, but if you are not satisfied for any reason then you can return the product within 30 days (counting from the day of receipt) and we will take it back. If no damage has been identified by the customer, you will be refunded the amount paid for the item. The collection costs for the return shipment will be charged to you (cost depends on type of shipment, location and weight). After you have informed us of the unwanted item, we will collect it by our courier service, which will shortly afterwards reach a collection date. In addition, you can choose to return the packages of returned products to us at your own cost and risk with your own courier service.
10.2. If you want to return a product for any reason, you must (1) warn our customer service (email@example.com) and pass the order number and (2) briefly explain why you want to return the product and state what you consider important. We usually reply to emails within 2-3 business days. The customer service will then contact you to settle a pick-up date and explain all required procedures.
10.3. We ask you to check that the delivered products have arrived in perfect condition before you sign the delivery slip. Therefore, you must open and check the order immediately upon receipt. If you are not satisfied with the goods at this time or if you incur damage, please state this on the delivery note and contact us as soon as possible. Make sure all items are checked and free from damage before you mount them.
10.4. If the delivered item does not match your order, is damaged or incorrectly delivered, please contact us as soon as possible to make an appointment about possible refund, repair or replacement. We also ask you to send us some photos of the damage so that we know better what steps we should take. If your complaint is well-founded, we will have the product picked up at your location. We also ask that you keep the item at the place of delivery until it is retrieved. Add your order details to the items to be returned because we need to process the return shipment. After receipt at FOARM, the products are checked. Next, Customer Service will contact you to make an appointment for replacement or refund.
10.5. For security reasons, we can only repay using the same payment method used for the original order. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
